The first thing that applies to most of the families of Bangladesh is that very few people have the ability to pay tuition fees abroad. So, for high school students studying at the Masters or PhD level, everyone finds funding, which comes through Fellowship, Research Assistant, or Teaching Assistantship. But if the results of the academic or research are good, then they are good. Because of this, not everyone gets funding like that. Without funding, the Masters Admission Offer or i-Twenty is easy to match. But without funding, most of the people of Bangladesh are not interested in accepting that offer. In my workplace University of Alabama at Birmingham, there are many unfunded editions of this computer science master. We have many people in this area, but when the foreigners arrive, no one offers from Bangladesh, even if there is no invitation to enter elsewhere.
I would say, it's a big folly. Can not read if you do not get funding?
★Higher education without funding

Because there are a lot of ways to get the cost of reading, students from other countries know well and apply them to the expense of masterminds.
I have taught a master's / PhD level class. Research courses say that there were usually 15 students, but for a couple of weeks, a large number of Masters-level foreign students are coming, so that they do not have enough place in the class. Most students coming from India, Pakistan, Nepal, or China.

Apart from traditional funding sources such as TAA, there is a lot of work opportunities in any campus. It may be the work of the Research Assistant under a professor of any other department. For example, I was known to be a master of civil engineering, but the research assistant was with a professor of medical school, because some of the professors of the development program were national work in one project.
Again, many things can be done as a bell in the university. I was an Iranian student, doing masters. There was no funding for him, he turned around behind me for a month, finally he gave me the job of mobile app developer in a project under the software development group of the department, his income in the month stood at $ 0.5 billion. Though not entirely funded, but its cost was very high. Along with this, there was a part time job in an insurance company, the income was good, the cost of the tuition covered food was met. It has been a couple of years that the Master has finished the problem, in the meantime it seems to be able to eliminate all the expenditure on his pocket.
And if many departments do not funding, tuition can be waived (Weaver) or in-state tuition. In my workplace the University of Alabama at Birmingham did not fund the Masters in computer science, but 5-6 students were given the tuition or less tuition facility. As a result, the cost of reading per semester reduced to 3-4 thousand dollars, which could be possible from part time job. I feel sad when many Bangladeshi students sit on the ground without getting funding, and India, Nepal Iran, when a large number of Chinese students are admitted to the campus, they will get a job, come to believe, get work / funding.
Many people comment on my writings, but the visa does not match if it is admitted to self funding. This argument applies to other countries as well. For all India or Pakistani students, the amount of admission they receive does not get the visa. But many people get And many students of Bangladeshi students also saw in my university that self-funding has to bring this visa. So it is foolish to believe that it is "not to get a visa" and to believe that those who say so are stupid. If you do not know what to do?
So this is the reason for the cessation of sitting ... If the funding is not available at the beginning, then it is certainly available, believe it. If there is enthusiasm and good will for higher education, funding will be collected at one time.
